FAQs
When is our payment due? Do I need a deposit?
A 20% down payment is due at the time of booking and is not refundable. Payment in full is due one month prior to your scheduled visit. The due date is printed on your Group Sales invoice/contract. Please call Milwaukee Rep’s Group Sales Manager at 414-290-5340 if you are unsure of your due date. Any orders unpaid past their due date will be subject to cancellation. Down payments are non-refundable.
My group really wants to place a reservation, but we cannot afford to make a 20% down payment upfront. Do we have any options?
All group reservations require a 20% down payment, no exceptions. Please contact Milwaukee Rep’s Group Sales Manager if you have any questions about the down payment requirement.
I’m a teacher looking to reserve for a school group, but I won’t know my class/student numbers until later. Can I make a reservation now?
Yes, you may place your order now. We recommend reserving the minimum number you think you will need, and then adding tickets later when you know your final student numbers. Please contact groups@milwaukeerep.com for more information on school groups at Milwaukee Rep.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments on an order are considered a final sale; no refunds, exchange or cancellations are permitted for group orders.
My group didn’t use all of the tickets we purchased; can my group get a refund?
All sales are final and Milwaukee Rep does not offer any refunds for group tickets for any reason. Tickets may be donated back to Milwaukee Rep for resale as a tax-deductible donation, but this must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Please contact Milwaukee Rep’s Group Sales Manager if you wish to do this.
What if there is a snowstorm and we can't make the trip?
Milwaukee Rep does not cancel due to bad weather. If you have concerns, please contact the Group Sales Manager in the event of a snowstorm or other event/emergency that prevents all or part of your group from attending the performance. We will make every effort to find a sufficient solution, but we cannot guarantee an exchange to a new date and there are no refunds.
What if our numbers drop from our initial reservation?
We ask that you give us your best estimate for people actually attending when you initially reserve your group tickets. However, you do have until your final payment due date to lower your ticket count. In the event that you need to lower your ticket count, please contact the Group Sales Manager as soon as you know and an updated invoice/contract will be sent to you.
My group’s number has dropped to less than 10 individuals, what happens now?
In order to be considered a group, your ticket number MUST stay at 10 or more. If your group number drops below 10, your group order will be canceled and you will be responsible for paying the full price for your tickets, including all Single Ticket fees.
What if our numbers grow from our initial reservation?
This is good news! As long as there are tickets available, we will happily add tickets to your order at the same rate as the rest of the group. While we cannot guarantee these tickets will be seated with your initial group, we will try our best to accommodate by seating as close to the rest of the group or in comparable seating. It is best to add any additional tickets to your order as soon as you know you need them.
